Six-word Memoir: Bringing culture into a picture motion.

Why did you choose to get involved in storytelling?

I chose to get involved in story telling because it gave me the opportunity to be a voice for the young creators like me. To inspire other my age to chase after what they desire, to not shame the artistic talent they were given, to put it into motion.

What story are you most proud of?

The story that I would be most proud of would be interviewing Amy Kennedy and Martin Luther King lll because I got to meet two important people who were striving for change. They told me their opinion and out views on the President Rally that was taking place in Wildwood, New Jersey. I got to be there for their speeches and personally asked them questions for an interview. My teacher then helped me pitch the story to Student Reporting Labs, where they then featured my work on their Instagram Story. It was one of my proudest moments.

How can youth media change the world?

If we all join together through social media, we could be able to inform more people about this outbreak. Staying connected in times like these is very important and we are lucky to have an outlet. Social Media is the place where we can share information and spread a message.

Who is your role model?

My role models are Cole Bennett or Jordan Peel.
