Alam Alidina
Alam is a rising sophomore from Dallas, Texas, studying Political Science at the University of Chicago. Alam’s interest in student reporting comes from his work writing for and editing his high-school newspaper—he’s had ‘the bug’ ever since. This summer, Alam will participate in the American Enterprise Institute’s Summer Honors Program, attending seminars on political theory taught by Dr. Yuval Levin. Previously, he worked for political strategists Joel Benenson, Mark Campbell, and Neil Newhouse at UChicago’s Institute of Politics. In his spare time, Alam likes to backpack and watch British TV shows.
