Chris Lazarski studied Philosophy and History at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana after which he taught High School English in the Transylvania region of Romania for two years. After returning to Chicago, he worked as a computer programmer at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, while pursuing a Masters degree in education at Roosevelt University. After receiving his degree from Roosevelt, he taught at Walter Payton College Prep High School in Chicago and later at Nicolet High School in Glen Dale. Chris currently teaches Global Studies and American Public Policy at Wauwatosa West High School. He also advises the extra-curricular student journalism program since 2007, which is now comprised of video, web and print media. He is also a member of the 3 person homeroom committee responsible for creating curriculum and weekly lesson plans for the homeroom periods. Mr. Lazarski resides in Wauwatosa with his wife and three children.
