Name: Julie Nucci, Nancy Coddington and David Syracuse
Nancy Coddington is the Director of Science Content, Services, and Programming for WSKG, a PBS/NPR affiliate in upstate NY. Julie Nucci is an adjunct professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Cornell University. Together they bring a public media and academic perspective to Cornell University’s ENGRG 3360, a science communication course they created to build undergraduate and graduate students’ skills in presentation, use of social media, and video production for communicating STEM content.
David Syracuse teaches the New Visions Engineering program for a select group of high school seniors in a classroom located on the Cornell University campus. His students also participated in the course.
