Eric Walker had to be innovative to get the Cardiovascular Sonographers he needed for the Greenville Health System (GHS) in South Carolina. Instead of flying in outsiders to interview, he created a joint venture at Clemson University and GHS to train Cardiovascular Sonographers and provide a pathway to a career at GHS.
