Applications now open for the 2025 SRL Winter Academy

PBS News Student Reporting Labs is excited to announce that applications are now open for the SRL Winter Academy in Los Angeles, California, which will be held January 2-6, 2025 in collaboration with PBS SoCal. High school students are invited to apply for a week of journalism training and hands-on story production. All costs are covered for accepted students.

This opportunity is regional, and is open to high school students in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Selected students will travel to spend five days training and producing stories in the Los Angeles area with the SRL team in January, 2025 — all expenses paid.
