Students from across the country will spend an all-expenses-paid week producing stories with the SRL team this summer — will you be one of them? PBS NewsHour Student Reporting Labs is excited to announce that the 2023 Student Academy is in collaboration with GBH on June 21-29 in Boston, Massachusetts.
Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors are invited to apply for a week of journalism training and hands-on story production. All costs are covered for accepted students. First, check out these guidelines and then APPLY HERE by March 12.
SRL is partnering with the Department of Visual and Media Arts at Emerson College this year to provide students with a unique campus experience — from dorms to state-of-the-art equipment access. To get a taste of the student experience, watch this wrap video from last summer’s Academy in Phoenix.
