2023 STUDENT ACADEMY

Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors are invited to apply for a week of journalism training at SRL’s Student Academy in Boston from June 21-29. All costs are covered for accepted students. First, check out these guidelines and then APPLY HERE by March 12. Wondering what it’s all about? GWEN IFILL LEGACY FELLOWSHIP

The SRL Gwen Ifill Legacy Fellowship provides both female and male students of color with the opportunity to intern at their local PBS station. Apply here by Monday, March 27. And check out what last year’s Gwen Ifill Legacy Fellows had to say about their experience here.

TEACHER WORKSHOP

Educators! Join us for our annual Teacher Workshop from July 24-29 in Washington, DC. Meet the team, connect with other SRL educators, learn about  how to get buy-in from your school and community,  practice with hands-on training, and more! Apply here by March 31. Please note capacity is limited, so apply ASAP to attend.  Priority may be given to new teachers who have not previously attended or those working to get a program up and running at their schools.
