North Dakota Reporting Lab featured on local CBS news

The students in chemistry teacher Renee Aalund’s media class have traded Bunsen burners for cameras and beakers for lav mics. As the only school in North Dakota to participate in the PBS NewsHour Student Reporting Labs program, Turtle Mountain Community High School and its intrepid team of youth journalists have discovered a new way to tell the stories of their reservation town.
