SRL curriculum goes international, shapes youth stories in Switzerland

The SRL curriculum is being taught in 100 plus schools in the United States. And now, the Reporting Labs model is also being implemented abroad.

Veronica DeVore, a founding team member of the Student Reporting Labs and former NewsHour Extra employee, is using the SRL curriculum to help Swiss students tell their stories.

Currently living in Switzerland, Veronica works for swissinfo.ch, the country’s international public media outlet. The news agency was asked to help a group of young Swiss citizens to produce video reports on critical issues they discovered when they returned to Switzerland after living abroad.
