Best of SRL 2013 competition winners announced

The Student Reporting Labs program launched its inaugural Best of SRL 2013 competition to honor the strongest entries for its three main video categories: Constitution, Dropout/Education and Science.

The winners in the Constitution category (Two-way tie):
