Bay Area revamps public transportation to accommodate influx of commuters

The growing Silicon Valley economy has forced residents to move out of Bay Area in search of cheaper housing. The subsequent increase in commuters has caused stress to the Bay Area’s highway and public transportation systems. Alec Abramson reports on how county officials are addressing this issue by modernizing the Bay Area’s Caltrain.
