Edible Peace Patch helps students cultivate healthy diets through garden-based education

The Edible Peace Patch Project is a garden-based educational organization that gets students engaged in the cultivation of foods for healthier diets. Academy Preparatory of St. Petersburg students interviewed Heather Henderson and Tim Sommers, the Director and Coordinator of Education for the program, who explained that the project focuses on farm-to-plate production of foods and herbs for community participants.
