Pflugerville High School’s football announcer is local treasure

Longtime Pflugerville resident C.J. King is no stranger to the community. He has served as a postmaster, was a volunteer at the local fire department, and he helped found the city’s little league softball program.

On Friday nights, however, King is simply known as the man behind the microphone.
