The Conductor: A musical problem solver

For Band Director Shawn Rydzik, solving problems is like reading notes on sheet paper. When he hears a problem in the mix, he figures out what he can adjust to fix it. Whether it be an issue with one of his Cheektowaga Central High School students, or a logistical problem to fix, he is always listening for the best solution.
